Parent-Teacher Guild
St. Stephen Martyr School is blessed with a dedicated and active Parent-Teacher Guild. The purpose of this group is to promote a parent-teacher relationship that enhances the principles of the Catholic education process, to support general school activities and community relationships, to organize and direct fundraising events for the school, and to act as a liaison between parents and the school.
The main functions of the Parent-Teacher Guild are to raise funds for the school's current operational expenses, to promote parental support for the school program, and to increase mutual understanding between school and parents. The membership of the Parent-Teacher Guild shall include the pastor, the principal, the parents or legal guardians, and the faculty of the school.
Financial operation of a Parent-Teacher Guild shall be governed by the regulations for financial operations as outlined in the Parent-Teacher Guild Bylaws.
